Not a doctor.
Not an influencer.
Just figuring it out.
PepStride is a beginner-first guide to peptides, GLP-1s, fasting, and biohacking — written by a regular person who had no idea where to start and decided to document the whole journey.
“A place that grows alongside my own journey — documenting what works, what doesn’t, and everything in between so you don’t have to figure it out alone.”
Where this
all started.
Last year I lost 50 pounds through dieting, fasting, and consistent exercise. No shortcuts, no surgery — just discipline and a lot of determination. I was genuinely proud of it.
Then I gained it all back in six months. And if you’ve been there, you know it’s not just a physical thing. The hardest part wasn’t the weight — it was that I couldn’t find the motivation switch again. I knew exactly what to do. I just couldn’t make myself do it.
A family friend mentioned tirzepatide. I spent weeks researching it, fell down a rabbit hole into the world of peptides and GLP-1s, and eventually decided to try it. The food noise — that constant mental chatter about food and cravings — was gone by day two. Almost 10 pounds down in my first three weeks.
But what surprised me most wasn’t the weight loss. It was how hard it had been to find honest, beginner-friendly information. Everything I found was either too clinical, too bro-ish, or too reckless. So I built the resource I wished had existed.
That’s PepStride.
Health through
real experience.
PepStride covers the things I’m actively exploring and living — not theories, not credentials, just honest firsthand experience.
The bigger
picture.
PepStride is just getting started. Right now it’s one person’s honest journey. The goal is for it to grow into something bigger — a trusted resource where beginners can find real answers without wading through noise, agenda, or jargon.
